I have this picture in my psychology textbook.

where the young women's chin area is that is the NOSE Of the older lady.
the necklace the young women is wearing is the LIPS of the older lady.

The older lady is looking down. If you can see the two that i posted above you should be able to make out the older women (:

well almost all of them, some of them are too difficult

LOL I took forever with that coffee bean one.. AND FOUND IT~
